For hygiene purposes we do not accept returns or refund requests for change of mind, so please ensure you consider this prior to purchasing.
We only accept exchanges on faulty items. If you have received a faulty item please email us- contact@thehijablabel.com.au where our team will be in contact and evaluate your request. Each hijab is thoroughly inspected by our manufacturing team and by us prior to being sent out. In the unlikely event that your product is defective, damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.
